Visa Application Process for EBRD Annual Meeting Participants
Procedures are in place to facilitate the visa application process for Annual Meeting participants. Please bear in mind the following points when planning your participation:
Accredited diplomatic missions and consulates of the Republic of Cyprus worldwide have been informed about the EBRD Annual Meeting. Any visa will be charged at the current rate.
Annual Meeting participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements. Those persons requiring visas should apply in good time to the Cypriot Embassy or consulate in their country of residence or, in the absence of a diplomatic mission, in a neighbouring country.
Please note that the only legal points of entry and exit to and from the territory of the Republic are the international airports of Larnaca and Paphos, and the ports of Larnaca, Limassol, Paphos and Latsi. Use of any other points of entry/exit operating without the authorisation of the Government of the Republic of Cyprus is considered illegal, under Article 12 of the Aliens and Immigration Law.
Details on how to obtain a visa can be found on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Cyprus. Visa application form and specific information by country can be found at:
General information on visiting Cyprus can be found on:
All applications in the context of the EBRD Annual Meeting must be accompanied by a Visa Support Letter provided by the EBRD

Under no circumstances should your security badge be lent to another participant. At the entrances to the venues, participants will be required to pass through security checks and to have their belongings screened and, if necessary, searched.
