Lucian AnghelPresident of the Board, Bucharest Stock Exchange
Dr.Anghel majored in economics at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.He received a Ph.D. from the same institution. Working with the largest financial group in Romania for over 20 years, Dr.Anghel is currently Chief Executive Office of BCR Banca pentru Locuinte – since 2015. Previously he was CEO of BCR Pension Fund, Chief Economist of BCR, Head of Strategy and Research Division. He co-founded the Association of the Financial Banking Analysts in Romania and served in the board as the first Chairman.
In January 2012, Dr.Anghel has been elected by the shareholders as Chairman of the Bucharest Stock Exchange Board, now being at the second mandate as non-executive Chairman. He is the Chairman of the Index Committee and the Nomination Committee and also a member of the Audit Committee.He is an associate professor at the National School of Administration and Political Science of Bucharest.
Attila GyörgySecretary of State, Ministry of Public Finance
Mr. Attila Gyorgy has been a Secretary of State in the Romanian Ministry of Public Finance since April 2014. He is currently in charge of the co-ordination of the International Financial Relations Department and of the Payment and Certification Authority Department in the Ministry. As the coordinator of the International Financial Relations Department, Mr. Gyorgy manages the relation between Romania and various international financial institutions, such as the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the European Investment Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. Mr. Gyorgy is also a professor at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies where his field of study covers local finances and budgets.
Matteo PatroneRegional Head of Romania & Bulgaria, EBRD - Bucharest
Matteo Patrone, Director, Regional Head of Romania and Bulgaria, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). He has over 25 years of experience in finance and industry. In 2008 he joined the Equity team of the EBRD where he was supervising equity transactions with a focus on Western Balkans, Poland, Turkey and Russian Federation. From October 2012 to July 2015 he was the Director of EBRD Resident Office in Serbia where the Bank has a portfolio of 2.4 Bn Eur. Prior to the EBRD he was the Managing Director of the private equity arm of Finanziaria Internazionale, an Italian merchant bank, where he spent 10 years investing in a broad range of sectors. Before that, he was a Senior Manager of Accenture Strategic Services in Milan and worked as project engineer and export sales manager in ENI and Finmeccanica in the UK and Italy. He holds an MBA from Insead and an MS degree cum laude in Mechanical Engineering from Genoa University. He is married and has a son.
Alain PillouxVice President, Banking, EBRD
Alain Pilloux has been Vice President, Banking since 15 November 2016. He has overall responsibility for the effective delivery of the Bank’s investment and advisory activities in its 36 countries of operations, as well as contributing to the delivery of policy engagement activities. He is a member of the Executive Committee and other leadership fora. Prior to that, Mr. Pilloux served as Acting Vice President for Policy & Partnerships where he was responsible inter alia for coordinating the Bank’s strategies and policy engagement, mobilizing and managing multilateral and bilateral donor funding and overseeing the EBRD’s engagement with key external partners. Education: Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales, Ecole de L'Arme Blindee-Cavalerie, Institut d'Etudes Politiques de Paris, Ecole Nationale d'Administration.

After 4 years of management consulting in France, in 2006 Dan has co-founded Autonom – the leading car rental and mobility provider in Romania.
Autonom has been awarded the Best Employer in Romania title in 2014, 2015 and 2016.
He holds a BA in International Commerce at ASE in Bucharest, a Master in International Economy at Universite d’Orleans and a Master in International Business at Sorbonne.
Since 2014 he is a professor of management in the MBA programs of Bucharest Business School.
Dan actively promotes business ethics and value-based management.
Liviu VoineaDeputy Governor, National Bank of Romania
Liviu Voinea is Deputy Governor and Vice-president of the Monetary Policy Committee at the National Bank of Romania. In this capacity he coordinates the financial stability and international relations departments. He also served as Budget Minister and State Secretary in the Ministry of Finance and a Board Member of Export Import Bank of Romania. Liviu Voinea is professor of international economics and macroeconomics at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. He holds an MSc degree in business administration from School of Business, Stockholm University, a Ph.D. in economics from the Bucharest University of Economic Studies. He had a post-doctoral fellowship at the European Commission’s Joint Research Institute in Seville, Spain. He received the "Virgil Madgearu" Award for economics of the Romanian Academy.
